If you are interested in holding your next media, brand or celebrity event at the Empire State Building, please send your written proposal to mmaasch@esbnyc.com. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we cannot accommodate weddings, birthday parties and other personal events; ESB does not have meeting facilities and conference rooms for rental.

• Contact name, title, company
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Event name, purpose and description of event
• Event date and times needed (include set up and breakdown times)
• Number of expected guests (include celebrity and/or VIP involvement if applicable)
• Event requirements/needs
• Anticipated media coverage

"Percy Jackson" Press Junket

Empire State Building hosted a press junket for 20th Century Fox for the release of the new film, "Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief." Over 50 media attended to interview the cast and director-including Pierce Brosnan, Kevin McKidd, Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario and Chris Columbus-to promote the movie.

Sustainability Press Conference

Empire State Building announced its groundbreaking energy-efficiency campaign with an international press conference, featuring President Bill Clinton and Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Using the Empire State Building as a test case and global model, world-class environmental consulting, non-profit, design and construction partners – the Clinton Climate Initiative, Rocky Mountain Institute, Johnson Controls Inc., and Jones Lang LaSalle – unveiled an innovative process for analyzing and retrofitting existing structures for environmental sustainability. The 150 guests included 50 media and 100 thought-leaders in the field of sustainability.
