ESB for kids

Needy children in the New York City area are about to receive a helping hand from two great organizations. The "ESB for Kids" program is a new effort between "the greatest building in the world and the greatest Children's Charity in the world."

It is your support and future participation that will make the program a success. This is the first program in the City of New York where a major building joins with a prestigious charity to raise substantial dollars for handicapped and needy children.

	With a wind of 110 miles an hour, the Building gives 1.48 inches. Movement off center is never greater than one quarter inch, thus measurable movement is only one half inch, one quarter inch on either side.
