The Day and Night Experience at the Empire State Building 

Our day and night ticket allows you to experience New York City from our 360-degree, open-air observatory under the sun and the sparkling city lights the same night. Guests will also have access to the brand-new Observatory Experience complete with 10,000 square feet of interactive exhibits that invite guests on a journey beginning with the building’s construction to its current place in pop culture.

The night visit is redeemable at a specific time frame from closing depending on the time of year of your visit. See below for options: 
 

• Monday, November 3 to Wednesday, November 26 
  • 3 hours before closing (7:00pm entry)
• Thursday, November 27 to Sunday, November 30 
  • 3 hours before closing (8:00pm entry)
• Monday, December 1 to Thursday, December 18
  • 3 hours before closing (7:00pm entry)
• Friday, December 19 to Tuesday, December 30 
  • 3 hours before closing (10:00pm entry)
• Wednesday, December 31
  • 3 hours before closing (8:00pm entry)
