Guests should arrive at the Empire State Building Observatory entrance at 20 W. 34^th Street.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the ticketed start time and ensure all guests have arrived before check-in. Please be prompt.

Please check in at the Will Call desk in the Observatory lobby once all guests have arrived. All guests must be present prior to admission. If a guest is unable to attend, please notify us upon arrival. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-show guests.

There must be at least one adult chaperone for every four children. Your party will not be permitted entry into the Observatory and you will not receive any refunds should your party not meet the minimum adult-to-child requirement.

Each party package includes accommodations for 12 children and 3 adults as the minimum, with the option to expand up to a total of 25 guests, inclusive of both children and adults.

Each birthday party will feature an ice cream sundae bar provided by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company after the Observatory tour.  Please be advised that outside food and beverages are not permitted.

You must let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions for all attendees. You will be provided with an Allergy Waiver form in your confirmation email to list any such allergies or dietary restrictions. This form must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to your event. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate such restrictions, we may not be able to fulfill all requests.

There will be a photo opportunity for your group upon entrance to the Second Floor exhibits.

Yes, party favors will be provided, which include branded Empire State Building water bottles, branded draw string bags, and Ghirardelli chocolate.
