On Sept. 21, the Empire State Building shined its world-famous tower lights in blue to honor KPMG Leadership Development Day, in partnership with the UNDERRATED Golf Tour presented by KPMG.
The Empire State Building hosted a special lighting ceremony with four-time NBA champion, two-time MVP, and founder of the UNDERRATED Golf Tour Stephen Curry, who flipped the famous light switch.
After the ceremony, Stephen toured the Observation Deck Experience – which was named the #1 Top Attraction in the United States in Tripadvisor's 2026 Travelers' Choice Awards: Best of the Best Things to Do – and posed for photos on the building’s 86th Floor Observation Deck.

UNDERRATED Golf works to expand access and opportunity in the sport and provide student-athletes from every community with the chance to compete, develop their skills, and realize their potential.
Through KPMG Leadership Development Day, student-athletes have the opportunity to learn from leaders across sports, business, and academics through conversations and programming designed to inspire long-term success on and off the golf course.
