- Hamilton was offered a role in "Top Gun: Maverick" but turned it down due to his busy F1 schedule.
- Hamilton's number on his F1 car, "44", is the same karting number he had at eight years old. It was also seen on his father's license plate number.
- He became the fourth F1 driver to receive knighthood in 2021. He was bestowed this honor by Prince Charles.
