On Sept. 15, the Empire State Building lit up in the colors of the Mexican flag to celebrate Mexican Independence Day.
Earlier that day, food influencer and content creator, RobeGrill, and the Consul General of Mexico in New York, Marcos Augusto Bucio Mujica, visited the Empire State Building for a lighting ceremony and tour of the iconic Observatory Experience.
The Empire State Building Observatory welcomes millions of visitors each year, many of which hail from Mexico. This tower lighting celebrates Mexico’s rich, dynamic culture on the 215th anniversary of this historic day of independence.
