The Empire State Building’s reimagined Observatory Experience took the coveted top spot in the world in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards: Best of the Best Things to Do. The Observatory Experience recently underwent a $165 million reimagination that included a dedicated visitors entrance, an immersive museum, bespoke Observatory Host uniforms, and a new 102nd Floor Observatory to complement its iconic 86th Floor Observatory.
