The Empire State Building’s carefully curated journey from the second floor exhibits all the way up to the 102nd Floor Observatory was featured in the Forbes article as a standout example of experience design. 

Cermerka said the journey to the top of the “World’s Most Famous Building” reminded her that great marketing is more than the product itself, it’s about the story created around it.
