The queen of Halloween made her second appearance at the Empire State Building for a special lighting ceremony in celebration of Halloween. Heidi is known for her extravagant, show-stopping costumes unveiled annually at her iconic Heidiween party. After the ceremony Heidi made her way through the ESB second floor museum experience on her way to the 86th and 102nd Floor Observation Decks.
