The Empire State Building hosted a lighting ceremony with News 4 New York Anchor Chuck Scarborough, who flipped the famous light switch. Chuck was joined by WNBC News Anchor Natalie Pasquarella and WNBC Weather Anchor Dave Price to celebrate the milestone anniversary.
