The open-air observation deck wraps around the building’s spire, providing 360-degree views of New York, Brooklyn, Queens, and beyond. On the clearest days, this unforgettable view spans six states, offering glimpses of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Delaware.
Uncover your smile with the New York State Excelsior Pass! We are offering exclusive, mask-optional hours for vaccinated passholders Thursday from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m., as well as Friday and Saturday nights from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Please be prepared to scan your Excelsior Pass for entry.
