Elevate your mind and body with Sunrise Yoga on the Empire State Building’s iconic 86th Floor Observatory for a view you’ll have to see to Belize!
The World’s Most Famous Building will partner with the Belize Tourism Board to bring Belize to the heart of New York City with an exclusive sunrise salutation led by two Belizean instructors. As part of the experience, seven (7) lucky yogis will win a hotel stay for two in the Caribbean paradise!
All participants should arrive by 5:30 a.m. to take in the sunrise. The class will start promptly at 6:30 a.m. Yoga mats will be provided.
Please note that masks are required throughout the entirety of the event.
