"Time Out New York" featured the 1818 silk facsimile of the Declaration of Independence on display at the Empire State Building Observation Deck’s 80th Floor. The artifact – one of only four or five silk copies of the first facsimile to show the signatures of the engrossed Declaration – is on display at the building until Oct. 4
