On Friday, March. 6, Underground Overground Comedy lights the stage at the iconic Empire State Building! This experience pairs two New York City classics in one unforgettable night. Tickets will sell out quickly, so reserve your seat for this once-in-a-lifetime event.  

All ESB x Underground Overground Comedy tickets include: 

  • Entry to an intimate 75-minute live comedy show in the Empire Lounge, which is typically not open to the public
  • Complimentary food provided by Katz’s Deli
  • Access to an open bar that will serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the entire performance
  • Post-show access to the Empire State Building’s second-floor museum experience and iconic 86th Floor Observation Deck
  • The comedy show begins promptly at 7:30 PM. Doors open at 6:45 PM, and guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for check-in, seating, and pre-show drinks before the performance begins.

Priced at $200, each ticket includes entry to a private 75-minute live comedy show in the Empire Lounge, complimentary food from Katz’s Deli, and an open bar. After the show, guests have access to the Empire State Building Observatory Experience, with entry to the second-floor museum and the open-air 86th Floor Observation Deck. 

2. What time should guests arrive for the UO Comedy Show?

Doors open at 6:45 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive before 7:15 PM to allow time for check-in and seating before the show begins at 7:30 PM. 

3. How long is the UO Comedy Show event?

The comedy show will run for approximately 75 minutes. Afterwards, guests will have access to the 86th Floor Observation Deck. 

4. Are food and drinks included at the ESB x UO Comedy Show?

Yes. All food will be provided by Katz’s Deli. Guests will also enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from an open bar. 

5. Is there an age requirement for the UO Comedy Show?

Yes, only guests 21 years or older will be granted entry to the ESB x UO Comedy Show. A valid physical government-issued ID will be checked on-site. 

6. Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos of the space; however, video or audio capture of the performance is strictly prohibited. 

7. Can I purchase ESB x UO Comedy Show tickets on-site?

No. Tickets for this event are available online only and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will cost $200 per guest.

The open bar includes a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

3. Are non-alcoholic beverages available?

Yes, non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks will be available.  

4. May I bring a drink with me to the 86th Floor Observation Deck after the UO comedy show?

Alcohol will not be permitted beyond the Empire Lounge. Guests must discard drinks before they head up to the Observatory Experience.
