As an employee of ESRT, you have access to six (6) complimentary tickets to the 86th Floor Observatory for calendar year 2024. Each ticket will require its own individual reservation (e.g., if you and one guest plan to visit, you will need to make 2 individual reservations).

Please note: Tickets are free and include no booking fee. You are unable to upgrade your tickets on this portal. If you wish to upgrade your ticket, you may do so upon arrival at the Observatory using any kiosk or at the ticket counter.
