Welcome to this year’s Tenant Executive Pass portal so that you could make reservations during periods of peak demand in 2026!

During the 2026 dates listed below your Tenant Executive Pass will NOT work at the red carpet and a reservation will be required. During these dates, you will use the tickets that will be emailed to you after you make a reservation for access to the Observatory. At all other times of the year your Tenant Executive Pass will work as normal.

Express tickets for 86th Floor and 102nd Floor.

Reservations Required for 86/102 During Following Dates Only:

• SPRING: March 27th to April 12th
• SUMMER: July 17th to August 23rd
• FALL: November 26th to November 29th

Express tickets for 86th Floor Only.

Reservations Required for 86th Floor during Following Dates Only:

• December 18th 2026, through January 3rd 2027
• Tenant Executive Passes will not have 102 reservation availability during this time.
