Yes. The Empire State Building offers elevated views from more than 1,000 feet above NYC, with ticketed access to the 86th Floor Observation Deck and an optional 102nd Floor Observation Deck upgrade.

The Empire State Building's Fourth of July celebration provides passed hors d’oeuvres and an open bar with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for 200 guests on the 80th Floor. General and Priority Pass ticket holders will have access to the open-air 86th Floor Observation Deck to view the fireworks display. To gain access to the luxurious 102nd Floor Observation Deck, guests must upgrade to the 102nd Floor Observation Deck ticket. 

Guests are allowed into the Empire State Building at 7:30pm sharp. They will not be allowed up before this time. The event will end at 9:30pm. 

Yes, up to 200 guests will have access to the 86th Floor Observation Deck experience. Only 25 guests will have access to the 102nd Floor Observation Deck. 

Guests for both the 86th and 102nd Floor Observation Decks will be provided food and drinks, included in every ticket.
