Welcome to the new Employee Pass portal so that you could make reservations throughout the year!

As an employee of ESRT, you have access to six (6) complimentary tickets to the 86th Floor Observatory for calendar year 2024. Each ticket will require its own individual reservation (e.g., if you plus one guest plan to visit, you will need to make 2 individual reservations).

Tickets are free and include no booking fee.

How to Redeem Your Tickets

• Locate your Employee OBS Access Code on the ADP Portal. Instructions on how to do so can be found here.
• Scroll down and click on "Reserve Tickets" at the bottom of the this page.
• Click on "Member Login" and use the Membership Reference to input your OBS Access Code and Last Name. Once logged in, follow the check out flow as you normally would to make a reservation.
• Be sure to select "ESRT" ticket type to redeem your complimentary tickets. Maximum of 6 tickets per calendar year.
• Please note: You are unable to upgrade your tickets on this portal. If you wish to upgrade your ticket, you may do so upon arrival at the Observatory using any kiosk or at the ticket counter.
