New York, NY (January 14, 2019) – Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) today announced “The Empire State Building A-List Experience”—a luxury-filled exclusive, guided tour for visitors to the iconic landmark.   


Available through reservation only at the A-List Experience is a two and a half hour tour for up to six guests through the Empire State Building (ESB). Visitors start their journey in ESB’s brand-new VIP green room, the same green room where stars like Kristen Bell, Millie Bobby Brown and the Radio City Rockettes get ready. Enjoy complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, see memorabilia from major celebrities, and memorialize your visit with a selfie at the Halo Photo Booth. Additional highlights include the brand new guest-only entrance on 34th Street, the 86th floor open-air Observatory, and the grand finale, the beautifully restored Art Deco lobby.

The Empire State Building A-List Experience also includes: 


  • A 2.5 hour, guided tour with an Empire State Building Observatory Ambassador which includes VIP priority express access throughout the visit. 

  • Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages 

  • A bottle of Veuve Cliquot at an additional charge 

  • A complimentary photo in front of the majestic 25-foot building model 

  • An intimate experience with a maximum of six persons per tour.
